Objectives

  • Promotion of teaching, research and knowledge transfer in the multimunicipal area of the Baix Besòs.

  • Impact

1. Activities for training and detecting talent:

  • - Award for the best master's thesis on the MISMeC and MBArch. Award for the best bachelor's thesis on the degree in Architecture.

    - Teaching of urban design workshops on bachelor's degrees (2025-2027).

    - Teaching of two academic years on the MISMeC (2025-2027).

    - Teaching of one or two academic years on the MArq (2025-2027).

2. Technology transfer activities:

- Collection of academic works on the Besòs area.

- Collection of actions in municipal action plans in the Besòs area.

- Drafting of strategic intervention documents on the following areas:

          · Over the course of: longitudinal continuities.

          · Through: side-to-side connections.

          · Inside: areas of opportunity.

- Preparation of a Technology Transfer competitive project (Project Leader: municipal authority or social agents).


  • 3. Actividades de investigación:

    - Oferta de uno o dos doctorados industriales (2024-2027).

    - Redes de cooperación internacional con otros centros de investigación.

    - Preparación de una propuesta de proyecto competitivo de investigación (LP: UPC).
