Gender equality
Equality Plan
The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya has had an equality plan in place since 2007. It is a strategic tool to promote gender equality among the different groups that make up the university community, incorporate a gender perspective into teaching, research and management, promote the inclusion of women in decision-making, and continue working to achieve a university free from sexist and LGBTI-phobic violence.
In addition, the R+D+i Area offers you a brief checklist so that you can review the application of gender equality in the content of research activities.
