Unite! Training | Transparency, gender balance and diversity in research

This three-day training is specifically aimed at PhD students and early-career researchers. The main objective is to provide practical tools to build research environments that are fair, transparent, and inclusive in everyday practice.

• Practical approaches to transparent processes in research teams and institutions.
• Support tools for gender balance and the management of cultural diversity.
• Analysis of multicultural dynamics in academia.
• Use of institutional policies and data to promote equity and inclusion.
• Spaces for exchanging experiences with participants from the Unite! alliance universities.

As the host university, the UPC has several free places reserved for its early-career research staff.
