Gender equality

The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya has had an Equality Plan since 2007. It is a strategic tool to promote gender equality among the various groups that make up the university community, incorporate a gender perspective in teaching, research and management, promote the participation of women in decision-making and continue working towards a university free from misogynistic and LGBT-phobic violence.
