I. Objectives
- Boost the research activity of the Lecturer Faculty in their first year of affiliation with UPC
- That the Lecturer Faculty register in a UPC research group and participate in the group's research activity.
II. Criteria
- To be an active Lecturer Faculty member conducting research on a full-time basis within the scope of a UPC academic unit.
- To be part of a UPC research group.
- To have published an article as corresponding author in a journal indexed in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) or equivalent, and to have deposited a copy of the article in UPCommons. Explicitly excluding predatory or dubious quality journals.
- To have completed the research management training program at the Institute of Education Sciences (ICE).
