Research Employment Advice and Support Unit (UASLR)

At the Research Employment Advice and Support Unit of the Personnel Service (UASLR-SP):

• We attend to and advise the personnel of the university's research groups.
• We provide advise for proper human resources management, offering the fastest service possible and ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
• We act as the bridge in managing an area halfway between the R&D Area and the Personnel Area, adapting to the needs of the research faculty.
• We facilitate communication channels to approach research personnel and collaborate with specialist staff on national and european projects.
• We design applications to streamline communication and information systems with research personnel, leveraging the technological tools of the university and providing information for decision-making.
