Objectives

  1. Analysis of the integration of distributed generation with power electronics.
  2. Analysis of the impact of fast fault control current control (FFCC) injection requirements for Type D power park modules (PPMs) in an existing Endesa Distribució network for several renewable penetration scenarios.
  3. Analysis of three different scenarios for the penetration of renewable generation into the grid to evaluate their influence on compliance with the FFCC requirement.
  4. Development of guidelines for the implementation of the FFCC requirement in Type D PPMs.

  • Activities for training and detecting talent: grants and tutoring of bachelor's theses.
  • Research, technology transfer and innovation support activities: research activities for which there is a shared interest, proposals for programmes for diagnosing the technological situation of the company and proposals for improving its competitiveness by integrating the scientific and technological capacities of the UPC and thus fostering innovation. Support for entrepreneurial, incubation and mentoring projects.
