UPC Networks and Consortia 2025

Call objective

The aim of the programme is to promote the UPC’s participation in networks and consortia at national and international level that are of high scientific interest and foster knowledge transfer and innovation. This enhances UPC’s presence in strategic environments for its research groups.

Scope of application

• Includes participation in networks and consortia at local, regional, national and international level that promote collaboration between the UPC research community and other stakeholders.
• The grants cover the participation fees in these networks and consortia.
• Networks in the field of teaching or infrastructure are excluded.

Grant conditions

• Total budget of €30,000, with a maximum of €2,000 per network or consortium.
• Grants may cover fees already paid for the 2025 financial year.
• Only UPC research groups recognised as SGR by the Government of Catalonia may apply.
• Each SGR group may submit or support only one proposal.

Application period: from 21 February to 21 March 2025.
