UPC networks and consortia 2024

Call Objective

The objective of the program is to enhance the participation of the UPC in national and international networks and consortia, which, due to their quality and scientific interest, play an important role in transfer and innovation, increasing the institution's presence in those considered most useful considering the level of interest in the areas for the largest number of university research groups and the UPC's strategy in different fields of activity (research and transfer).

Scope of Application

Participation in local, regional, national, and international networks and consortia, where the UPC scientific community disseminates its knowledge and work and can establish relationships with other scientists and the industrial and social world. The main objective is to consolidate a research, innovation and relationship environment with the productive fabric and society in general.

UPC research groups are responsible for promoting participation in these networks and consortia.

The requests referred to in this call can be made for grants aimed at financing the participation fee in the aforementioned networks/consortia in the previous section.

Participation in teaching or infrastructure networks is excluded from the scope of the call.

Grant Conditions

• The grants are intended to finance the participation fee in national and international networks and consortia corresponding to the 2024 exercise.
• Maximum grants of €2,000.00 for each network or consortium (total allocation of the call: €30,000.00).
• Each research group may only submit or support a single proposal for a network or consortium.

Deadline

There will be a single annual call. The application period will be from February 23 to March 25, 2024.
